SkillSource is a Company formed in year 2011 by promoters of erstwhile Sewells, Idea7 and NSDC ( National Skill Development Corporation). In early period of its existence Company operated its own Training centres which was designed to provide skilled manpower to Dealerships and to make the youth self sufficient to open their own Vehicle repair workshops. After Covid, the Company was made to do a course correction and has since then looked to provide its services to industries. SkillSource has established a strong presence in India, gaining hands-on experience and being well-equipped to address diverse industry needs.

Mr. Himanshu Dhamesha is a founder and director of SkillSource Learning and Technologies Private Limited. He along with other founding members who are also Industry veterans founded Skillsource in 2011 to solve the challenges faced by Industry and society.
Mr. Himanshu Dhamesha has always been driven by a desire to create a Business enterprise with the values of “Jan Bhagidari”. Skillsource is founded with the vision to solve the challenges of Industry and society though empowering and engaging youth.
Mr. Himanshu Dhamesha born and brough up in a very small town Mehsana in Gujarat. He completed his Mechanical Engineering from Government engineering college, Modasa and executive MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. After 15 years of experience with leading companies like Ford, Tata and Godrej, he founded “Skillsource” and received funding from Sewells-MSXI Group, which is a leading global consulting and outsourcing firm and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). This experience laid the foundation for the innovative approach that “”SkillSource”” is known for today.

Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small startup to a partner of choice for OEMs in Automobile, Oil & Gas and Retail industry.
